Built for Committees and Candidates

The Problem Isn't Your Message. It's the Noise.
Why This Matters Now
Political conversations are getting tougher. Volunteers are nervous. Candidates feel overexposed. Voters are overwhelmed.
But clarity creates trust. Confidence creates connection.
And connection wins people over.
That's what we teach.
To Be Heard, You Need More Than Confidence.
You Need a Strategy.
I know how hard it is to cut through the noise. I’ve spent my career studying what makes people listen, connect, and act.
The Vision Behind Swayed
Why Swayed?
I've worked as a social worker, teacher, communication strategist, and elected school board trustee. I've spent years in real conversations with skeptical neighbors, frustrated parents, volunteers who feel unsure, and rooms where emotions run high. I've seen what opens people up and what shuts them down.
And I've watched too many smart, passionate people struggle with the same thing: they know their values, but they don't know how to make them resonate. The issue is never their conviction. It's that they're trying to win arguments instead of opening minds. They're reacting instead of leading.
That's why I built Swayed.
Our workshops are built on research-backed frameworks from persuasion psychology, narrative strategy, and political communication. But here's what makes this different: I've lived these conversations. I've sat across from skeptical neighbors who don't trust politicians. I've de-escalated rooms full of frustrated parents. I've been the candidate answering tough questions under pressure.
I know what works. Not from theory. From experience.
We don't just lecture. We practice. Every workshop includes real scenarios, live feedback, and tools you can use the next day.
